My role was to develop new business at new customers and maintain business and introduce new products at existing customers. In my first few years at IMCD, I was geographically based selling food ingredients in to food manufacturers on a B2B basis in the baking, savoury, dairy and other parts of the food industry. Latterly, I was more market based selling products to the Nutrition market.
