In this role I oversaw the areas of recruitment, employee retention, management development, succession planning, performance management, employee relations, and executive coaching. Managed a staff of five Human Resource professionals.It was an extreme growth period for Putnam. I recruited and hired 300 employees on an annual basis.I also headed the effort to source and hire senior executive talent across several organizations to include Legal, Corporate Finance, Human Resources, Transfer Agency, and Facilities. I was also the lead human resources representative for the opening of a 1200-person facility to include recruiting and hiring, related oversight of market studies, hiring plans, internal transfer programs, and employee relations.
