Assisting in all departments to help create procedures that will maintain quality standards throughout all phases of development, production, documentation and shipping of all customers goods.

Originally hired in the Quoting Dept, but was then asked to Lead and Manage a Shipping/Receiving team of 3 employees as well as being responsible for taking the Shipping/Receiving Dept. into a detail oriented and functioning system. This Dept is responsible for receiving finished quality controlled precision machined parts, establishing piece weights for accurate counts, allocating them via the computer inventory system, processing customer orders and prepare/package orders for shipment. Also Maintaining Quality Assurance, documentation and certification of all parts shipped which are DFARS compliant, and packaged with extreme care for safe delivery. All shipping is done via UPS Worldwide, FedEx Online Services and using Access/SQL Server based Inventory Control Systems. In this New Year I have been helping to write and maintain procedures to be ISO9001-2000 and AS9100-B certified.

Developed, designed and managed the manufacture & shipping of custom orders of art products from an eCommerce online store website. The products were created utilizing Epson Laser printer and software applications such as PhotoShop, Printshop, and USPS Dazzle for shipping the products to customers. Maintained the customer database, as well as creating and managing the Custom Pet Portrait affiliate program, and recruited a Licensing agent.

Production Plant Manager of 20 employees, responsible for production procedures, strategies, inventory stock control, employee schedules, research and development, purchasing of materials/equipment and the optimization of all glass and vinyl stock for the production of vinyl windows, both mechanically fastened and fusion welded. Set up manufacturing processes for new window & patio door lines, worked with NAMI and ATI to receive the Window Factory’s NFRC Certification for the new windows systems that were implemented and installed. Trained on Urban CNC Vinyl Window Corner Cleaner, set up the new machines with the proper alignments & configurations. Placed all machinery on warehouse floor including the airlines for all pneumatic air driven machinery by way of copper tubing. Assigned all personnel for a productive flow and increased production. California Forklift Certified to help the shipping and receiving of materials.

Handled all glass cutting, laid out daily activities for 7 employees, scheduled pickups and deliveries for 40-50 local glass and window companies, delivered customer IG units. Cut laminated glass, mirrors, textured glass, handled all stock and inventory. Saw to it all trucks were loaded and tied down properly.
