Account management for 165 C store accounts. During my time I grew market share of all Hershey products. Sold in yearly contracts, ordered product and reset isles to ensure increased market share and sales.My main focus when I took over the Clearwater/Largo market was securing prime location for all products in each account. This involved complete category resets, securing additional displays, and signing yearly contracts for product distribution. It also involved earning the trust of the store owners, managers and district managers which I did in a very short time. Drastically increased shelf space and market share in my tenure by all measurable means. My accounts looked to me as the industry expert and often asked for my suggestions in increasing not only confection sales but overall store sales drawing on my years of experience in the industry.

Collected and distributed auto dealer inventory information over the internet. I did this by inspecting new and used vehicles daily, photographing each vehicle and writing a description including available options specific to each vehicle.Educated and trained dealership management using the internet to better market and sell their used vehicles. I was responsible for training many new Internet Managers and associates. I was the key contact for internet departments for all vendor issues.

Lead, developed and mentored a Full Service Drink Delivery team of 17 drivers, 2 driver leads and 1 full service cashier to achieve a high performance team oriented environment.Scheduled all deliveries daily for 15-17 routes 5-6 days a week.During my tenure I was able to lower delivery cost while increasing profitability for my department. I was able to help each department increase their profitability while decreasing their risk.Prepared analysis and recommend options associated with cost/benefit on distribution issues to the Distribution/Operation Manager and Full Service Supervisor.

Hired, managed, scheduled, evaluated, and reviewed 40 union delivery drivers for the Albany Sales Center.Managed operations of the product delivery system for 6 counties that the Albany Sales Center covered. This included managing the needs of the sales department while keeping an eye on operation budgets.Was appointed the Albany Sales Center Safety Coordinator. During my time our team made improvements within our facility and with our employees to promote a safe working environment. Conducted monthly meetings to identify potential hazards and implement solutions.

Attained company sales volume objectives in all accounts via superior execution of all promotions. Received several recognition awards including top sales performer in 2002 for sales volume and brand penetration. Was always among the top in the division in product sales and market penetration.Received numerous awards for sales achievements including top sales rep for the month (multiple times). Won best small store theme display for the NY division for a Harry Potter promotion. Was recognized as one of the divisions top performers which lead to my promotion to Distribution.
