Highly experienced, first chair trial attorney representing clients in trials, in matters of non-competition and other forms of restrictive covenants, and employers in all aspects of employment and labor law. Significant trial experience through more than 50 jury trials, as well as bench trials and other hearings before judges and arbitrators. Works closely with employers in solving problems and avoiding litigation, including through mediation and direct negotiations. Substantial experience advising and representing clients in matters concerning enforceability and compliance with restrictive covenants; protection against misuse of confidential and proprietary information and trade secrets; claims of employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation; claims for overtime and other wage and hour issues including bonus compensation; traditional labor law issues; and claims brought against employers in arbitration.
