During events, I either operate the camera for Mizzou Arena video board broadcast during events; or I organize the camera chords and keep cameras from delaying game play.

I am responsible for running the teleprompter adjusting the audio for afternoon and evening local news, but I also assist in other aspects of preparing news for broadcast. I work as a photographer in the sports department and attend local high school and University of Missouri sporting events to record the event then edit it for airing.

I also completed “Through the Customer’s Eye” training program that developed my customer service techniques and trained me how to represent the organization better while talking to Customers.

This internship had me work in the many different departments in the radio station. I worked in the marketing department, news department, helped out the accountant some, but the most of my time was spent working with the on air DJ and learning how the radio station works.

I was responsible for greeting all members as they entered and left the club, cleaning the work out machines, cleaning the work out area, showing prospective members around the gym, and signing up new members for club membership.

I sold chrysanthemums at a local Farmer's Market and split the profit with the two youth groups I attended to benefit the activities each group did. I was responsible for choosing the varieties, ordering each variety, planting the plants, growing the plants, and selling the mums. Over the five year span, I was able to raise over $40,000.
