In addition to Implementation Manager responsibilities, managed health tech device procurement, order fulfillment, programming, assignment, and installation at customer medical practices across the United States.Accomplishments include the rapid deployment of the organization’s asset management and device issue ticketing/tracking system to evaluate asset value and facilitate internal customer support with improved granularity and transparency.Also assisted in converting structured data into taxonomies suitable for artificial intelligence LLMs to organize clinical encounter data into clinical documentation aligned with clinician templates.

Responsible for working directly with clinicians, medical practice management, and IT specialists to conduct needs assessments, generate solutions, synchronize workflows, and project manage to effectively deliver white glove Robin implementation experiences tailored to each client.

Serve as subject matter expert (SME) managing all OHSU non-cancer related investigator-initiated research disclosure to the federal ClinicalTrials.gov database. Assist in the conduct of research activities on campus and within Oregon communities to understand rural child health and characterize the supports and barriers to healthful eating and physical activity.
