In this role, I am accountable for the overall project execution of multimillion dollar ($86 mil) projects in the LA Metro area. I lead and maintain daily communication with key engineering team members and suppliers with multicultural backgrounds to ensure task progress/completion. I reshuffle priorities as necessary due to resource or other constraints and facilitate decision making among functional teams.I ensure project activities are completed on time and within the project scope and execute and manage subcontracts to support project efforts. I am also responsible for updated metrics/KPIs and sharing results with executive management and report on project status.
