Accountable to Lead Foreman for HSSE performance, operational status, and improvement opportunities for a 70 person, $500k/d spar rig in 7800’ of water drilling and completing extended reach wells up to ~17,000’ measured depth.• Led the multi-disciplinary Root Cause Analysis team on the GA-13 well (4 failed sidetracks, 11 ¾” casing could not get to bottom) to reach an action plan that directly contributed to successes on GA-11, GA-2, and GA-19. Reinforced execution offshore.• Key contributor to the offshore continuous improvement effort at the Spar, mentoring rig personnel to realize improvement ideas and improve HSSE performance while ensuring implementation of improvement plans.
