John is a member of PwC's Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory Practice.John has managed or supported multiple projects across the deal spectrum including: operational due diligence, transition services agreement (TSA) development, and held leadership roles on a number of large scale divestiture and spin-off engagements, advising clients on key separation planning and execution actions from both a sell-side and buy-side perspective.His range of industry experience includes: Hospitality & Leisure, Industrial Products, Pharmaceuticals, Private Equity, Retail & Consumer and Entertainment / Technology as both a leader in the finance function and in the centralized management office.John graduated with a BA in Economics from The University of Notre Dame and MBA from the Johnson School of Graduate Management at Cornell University.
