In charge of production, programming and operational management of Adelphia’s Southern California production facilities serving 1.1m subscribers. Managed six direct reports in 21 system locations. Responsibilities included: studio and mobile productions, video playback operations, engineering, post-production, promotional departments and on-air graphics. Worked with architects and engineers to design and integrate new studios, edit bays, graphic workstations and automated playback systems.
