As a recipient of the distinguished Eagle Scout designation, he also believes that honesty, integrity, and professionalism are important keys to success.After graduating magna cum laude from Ithaca College in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, John returned to his hometown of Southampton and entered the construction industry. His work received accolades and was featured in a renowned national magazine; however, John was not passionate about construction and his career interests soon transitioned to real estate finance. Over the next 25 years, John originated scores of loan transactions – large and small, local and national. This work included everything from single-family homes to office buildings, shopping complexes, and hotels.Since transitioning to real estate sales in February of 2013, John has nearly $201 million already sold. What's more, he has handled over $9.2 million in lease transactions. As a result, he was recently ranked by the Wall Street Journal as one of the top 1% of real estate agents in the world.
