FIGID Press is a publishing company I created to help authors experience the joy of seeing their works in print. FIGID stands for Finally I Got It Done, which describes my feelings exactly after I published my first Children’s book, No Sweets for Santa. This venture has allowed me the ability to create The INDYpendent Show, a place for local creators to connect and educate those interested in art, comics, writing, and more.OwnerCentral Indiana • Facilitator: Hosted and facilitated open discussion group that provided monthly meetings and communication to allow creators to network and learn about different publishing options.
