I have recently embarked on a new chapter of life and am now owner and CEO of Parlee Cycles. I'm excited to lead the team to a level of operational excellence, while we continue to build the best custom and semi-custom carbon fiber bikes in the world.I am passionate about building and leading aligned, focused and high performing teams and have lead a variety of business functions over the years. I've been responsible for achieving strong growth at small startups, and also for incubating new business models within established organizations, and developing the operational infrastructure to support them. I am actively involved in the Boston Startup and the Angel Investor community through my work with Launchpad Venture Group.
