We're honored by a 97%+ annual customer retention rate.I am responsible for commercial and operational aspects of our business including Sales, Marketing and Product Management as well as the Legal, Compliance and HR organizations. Responsible for managing the various sales teams in The Americas, for the Fax and Document Distribution business group within OpenText. My team comprises around 45 sales professionals spread around the United States, with concentrations in Tucson, AZ and Bellevue, WA.The Fax and Document Distribution group was established through the acquisition of Captaris by OpenText in November 2008 and represents the RightFax, Fax Appliance, Faxpress (Castelle) and Alchemy product lines through a global network of Resellers, Distributors and ISV's.RightFax 10 continues to dominate in the Enterprise Fax Server space and has secured more than 25% of this global market. We have more than 25,000 current customers, more than 100,000 servers deployed and are continuing to drive innovatation and find ways to help our customers communicate critical transactional business documents immediately, securely and in a completely tracable / auditable manner. Our customers include most of the worlds leading Healthcare and Financial Services organizations as well as a cross-section of mid-size to large enterprises across the globe.

John is responsible for global Business Development initiatives across the Fax and Document Distribution Group at Open Text and manages the companies interests in the MFP industry, the VoIP / Unified Communications industries as well as with our OEM and ISV partners.

Responsible for the International (non-North American) business operations for the ex-Captaris group within Open Text. This includes all sales, strategic alliance, business development and service delivery initiatives.
