Represented TTFM on the board and took a very active executive role in the company. Provided leadership and management to the small (6 person) team along with product management expertise. Responsible for delivering commercialisation and investment strategies for new innovative technology ideas being developed within the University of South Australia. Role encompasses protecting new IP, market and competitive analysis, sourcing funding and developing a sustainable business model and strategic pathway to successfully bring the technology to market.

Recruited by General Manager of the Embedded Design Automation (EDA) division to create marketing, sales and business development opportunities for their unique automated software model verification technology. Designed, orchestrated and executed all outbound marketing and pre-sales activities. Provided oversight of actual product development, feature prioritization and product roadmap/release-cycle.

Worked in a highly technical team developing a Rapid Application Development tool set and chain, comprising a 4th Generation Language (4GL) and SQL complier, interpreter and programing environment. Provided front-line technical support and on-site consultancy to key customers.

Organised and ran HP's Test Centre, testing and configuring various network and operating system configurations to enable HP's software teams to recreate customer environments for bug/error reproduction, test and fix.
