Current- Lead the partnerships team where I develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners to execute go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our partner ecosystem to facilitate growth for our clients.- Implemented strategies and processes that have grown the department pipeline by 544% and revenue by 327%.- Successfully launched and executed a pitch competition called CPGrow, through which I assessed over 400 applicants and identified 5 finalists to pitch to a live audience. Secured more than $40,000 worth of prizes through sponsoring partners for the winner. This event not only generated substantial revenue for both our organization and our sponsors, but also established it as an annual flagship event in the space, leading to reoccurring sponsorship participation and funding.- Developed a process to repurpose our declined lead flow to partners, which has resulted in referral revenue and a significant increase in inbound leads from those partners.- Collaborate with partners on co-marketing initiatives, including webinars, specialized events, and joint case studies, to enhance brand exposure and reach.- Conduct training sessions for external partner sales teams to showcase our solution and better together story, demonstrating how we can help their clients grow.- Work in conjunction with the internal sales team to effectively present partner solutions to clients, contributing to an increase in customer lifetime value.- Track, report, and optimize departmental key performance indicators to show measurable metrics to senior management.- Manage, develop, and coach a team of one.
