These product HMI applications greatly improved the acceptance of PCI products. · Created embedded application help manual with consistent branding and content to our company product manuals and data sheets· Created detailed product manuals for customers, PCI sales personnel, and service personnel usage containing detailed tuning and service procedures, appropriate custom diagram, photos, and other graphics. · Created extensive MRI system and motor drive training materials, troubleshooting guides as well as coordinated product training sessions and delivered most of the product training both domestically and abroad.· Designed a standard motor drive product platform for rapid deployment for prospective customers to quickly adapt to their motor drive needs prior to the development of a unique solution. · Created amplifier architecture and intra-assembly communications concept diagrams for a next generation MRI amplifier concept documentation detailing amplifier · Design of medical and industrial control products.
