As an experienced executive, I have been known for my entrepreneurial mindset and recruiting/advising & growing early career individuals - and other key talent - while building positive organizational culture. I am now committed to paying it forward by sharing and applying best practices for people and in organizational development through consulting, teaching, and program development.
