Since 2000 we have been conducting in-house and public workshops, conferences and leadership programs for teams and their leaders of recruitment teams and their leaders (over 2,000 workshops for 17,000+ participants for 100's of organisations).Our aim is to provide excellent learning experiences and content that help individuals to grow and thrive in their roles. Participants typically leave our events more confident, capable and inspired to take the action required to produce new results.Typically our programs can take the form of public workshops, structured in-house initiatives that run for months, one-off events, conferences, experiential team building events, or personal awareness workshops. Our focus is primarily on the human interaction aspect of recruitment, and the running of organisations and teams.
