As an Intern at BayCoast Mortgage Company I helped with organizing Loan Officers loan pipeline, I made many cold calls to potential clients. In my second summer I helped train the new interns, showing them how the business works and how to make a busy Loan Officers life easier. I also helped create various excel files to help Loan Officers organize their loans to make their refinancing calls more efficient.
