Sales Leader
Current-Manage a team of 25 agents writing over $5 million in annualized volume-Have had three agents promoted to one of four Sales Leader positions within the past 5 years-Develop new applications to help clients with insurance products currently on the market-Serve as an agent representative on a Leadership Development Group for the company-Previously served on 2 Leadership Advisory Boards-Established a client base of over 1,300 and growing -Classroom and field train new agents on a weekly basis-Run group trainings for entire field office, 100+ agents, on a weekly basis-Support Agency Manager in office recruiting, sales support, and new product education for the entire office-Mentor other Sales Leaders in developing teams-Selected to participate in McCauley & Company's High Potential Leaders program
