As Montreal 01’s TIGER 21 Chair, I facilitate a Group of wealth creators as they harness the varied expertise and collective intelligence of their peers in confidential, feedback-rich monthly Meetings. But more than that, I hope to show them the power of shared vulnerability in a trusted environment. If every Member contributes in some way during a Meeting and leaves with at least one action step to implement, I'm confident that I've done my job.As Best Practice Chair, I work one-on-one with my fellow North American and European Chairs in an environment of never-ending improvement. I sit in on monthly Meetings and debrief afterward to help Chairs target areas for development and continually raise the bar on the TIGER 21 monthly Meeting experience.TIGER 21 is a global peer-learning community of ultra-high-net-worth individuals that takes on topics that matter most to Members. Fellow visionaries, entrepreneurs, investors, and executives from an array of industries comprise each Members’ personal board of directors. Our network of Members effectively serve as legacy planning partners who help each other improve their investment acumen, tackle common issues of wealth preservation, manage family-related challenges, understand estate planning options, and share ideas on philanthropic endeavors.

At KolodaCORE, my work crosses industries and defies titles. However, there is a common thread: I work side-by-side with executives, business leaders, and entrepreneurs to clarify, crystallize, and then implement the strategies they need to succeed. A few examples of recent work include:♦ Offering CEOs and other top executives an impartial ear and a sounding board to help them gain clarity and confidence when executing growth strategies, researching acquisitions, and solving internal challenges.♦ Functioning in essentially a fractional COO role to keep one company's executive team focused on projects that move the needle and support their development as leaders and individuals.♦ Serving as the bridge between the founder and Executive Director of a Canadian non-profit to maximize its impact and realize the founder's vision.♦ Planning and facilitating three board of directors meetings a year to keep them on track toward achieving their desired results and organizational objectives.Ultimately, I'm not the kind of consultant who leaves execution to chance. I'm a partner who lays out the roadmap, establishes the structure, brings discipline to the process, and devotes dedicated time to making it all happen.

Effective Leadership: Key Competencies for Leadership Challenges offers current and aspiring executive leaders a fresh look at leadership, based in collaboration, influence, and inspiration. During four weeks of intense study, I aim to create resilient leaders ready to face today's challenges through agility, relationship-building, and a commitment to continual personal improvement. Founded in 1956, the McGill Executive Institute provides business seminars and custom executive education to professionals who want to take their careers to the next level. Each seminar is delivered by top McGill faculty members as well as outside specialists and dedicated McGill staff whose in-depth expertise brings a level of real-life experience to every program.

As a facilitator for IAMGOLD Corporation, I worked with executives to develop more effective leadership programs within the company's international ventures. To accomplish this, I spent several weeks every year over three years in the Sub-Saharan desert around Burkina Faso to bridge the gap between the North American and the Burkinabés leadership. After my programs were implemented, the team successfully worked together with common goals, objectives, and visions. IAMGOLD is a mining and exploration company engaged in exploring and mining precious metals, primarily gold, under exploration portfolios in West Africa.

As Great-West Life’s Vice President of Eastern Canada, I successfully distributed financial services to the brokerage community, provided leadership and direction for regional sales teams, and learned how to maintain the profitability of a thriving business. I played a role in three significant insurance mergers and acquisitions that reshaped the financial services landscape in Canada. Great-West Life is a leading Canadian insurer, with interests in life insurance and health insurance, investment, retirement savings, and reinsurance business, primarily in Canada and Europe.

I began my professional career at London Life in the Employee Benefits Division. By developing knowledge and skills in both finance and sales, I expanded London Life into new markets and led the company’s sales to unprecedented levels. I was named the youngest Vice President in the organization in 1996.For over 135 years, London Life has helped Canadians meet their financial security needs by providing life and health insurance, retirement savings, investment plans, and mortgages.
