Manage all aspects of the forecasting process for an extrusion and thermoforming plant, while continuing to improve forecast accuracy, quality, and efficiency of manufacturing operations. Duties include meeting delivery commitments and maintaining targeted inventory levels; coordinating all demand and supply related communications between sales and manufacturing and proactively communicating variances between forecast and actual sales; partnering with manufacturing to create the monthly production schedule; maintaining forecast accuracy summaries, item trend analysis, and inventory status as part of the S&OP process and anchoring the monthly review meeting presented to top management, manufacturing, sales, customer service and marketing; maintaining all databases and software related to forecasting to assure that accurate forecast data is loaded into the ERP systems.

Responsible for daily operations of the brewery in order to supply beer for two restaurant locations.Duties included brewing of six beers, tracking brewery efficiency, brewery maintenance, quality control, product distribution and tax reporting. Further duties included, inventory control of finished beer, beer in process, and raw materials, as well as raw material purchasing and storage, customer relations and representing the brewery at off-site events.

Responsible for the direct supervision of five customer service personnel within the Aviation Division of international plastics manufacturer. Duties included, but were not limited to, direct interaction with assigned clients, management of customer accounts; weekly tracking of departmental sales performance against budget; evaluation of commercial activities; and training and coaching of assigned staff. Other responsibilities included making forecasts and projections for product needs; handling customer complaints; and managing aspects of customer accounts such as aged receivables, credit status and price discrepancies.

Managed daily workflow and delegated projects to production staff. Served as liaison between customers, production staff, and printers to assure print deadlines and project criteria were met. Duties included organizing and tracking multi-departmental workflows; estimating small and large prepress projects for sales staff and customer service staff; preparing client invoices; scheduling digital photography sessions; and maintaining client databases and records.

Responsible for maintaining overall client satisfaction. Duties included responding to customer and internal product/order inquiries; preparing, scanning and entering client orders into company computer systems; and communicating and cooperating with sales, accounting, art, and manufacturing personnel in order to facilitate customer needs.

Prepared, audited and analyzed employer tax reports, as well as adjustment and payment vouchers and entered reports into the system; prepared journal vouchers to reflect proper allocation of funds into general ledger; posted accounting transactions to subsidiary ledgers; prepared daily deposits of unemployment compensation funds; and transmitted information to the office of the State Treasurer.
