Production went from 350 trucks annually in 2006 to over 20,000 annually in 2011.• Managed P&L in areas of direct labor, direct material, variable overhead, revenue streams, and warranty/scrap/damage. This entailed cradle to grave management of the production order schedule, solving order issues with dealers’ planning for vehicle build mix based on optimum profitability, and ensuring on-time delivery to the customer. Interacted with Engineering to design and release special customer feature requests. Facilitated communications with all stake holders on business condition changes, production schedule impacts, order forecasting and communication to customers regarding corrective measures. • Developed a database to analyze order intake, average turn time per day, number of orders processed per day, and other metrics to conduct comparative analysis resulting in improved orders available for scheduling. • Established key performance indicators for the scheduling process which ultimately were adopted company- wide to establish performance benchmarks for order processing.

Chosen by executive leadership to lead the integration between Ford Motor Company and Navistar to build a common cab and chassis. This partnership was a revenue stream joint venture in building medium duty Ford trucks to allow Ford to focus on core business. My primary responsibility was to integrate operating systems, business processes, and work flow between the two companies. • Executed a turn-key operation generating millions year over year in revenue. After initial signed JV agreement, all additional operating agreements were prepared and signed by Ford and myself. This included setting up the order intake systems and conversion systems of a Ford order to a Navistar order, custom engineering requests, MRP requirements and feedback loops back into Ford systems.• Additionally was assigned to a special project to create a plan for the transfer of manufacturing operations to another plant facility for strike contingency. This plan allowed for production at the Canadian operations to be transferred to Mexican operations without any disruptions to the customer base.
