- Global role (all regions inc. North America) for the CAT, Harley Davidson and Sebago brands supporting the Brand Group President- Grew business from $218M revenue to $250M revenue, and profit from $26M/12% to $44M/17%- Helped drive global approach to product line and go to market

Financial and Operations Leadership- Covering eight international brands at $750M revenue and in excess of 20% operating margin- CFO Sweaty Betty globally at $250M revenue. Prime responsibilities include: integration of Sweaty Betty within Wolverine Worldwide, driving profitability, cash generation, efficiency and service. - Thought partner and devil's advocate to SLT/ELT, assessing risk and supporting growth by driving profit and cash, alongside supporting non-financial metric improvement.

Role extended to cover all aspects of Finance, both statutory and commercial covering multiple legal entities and countries in the EMEA region.Continued oversight of regional supply chain/operations, with a turnover of $400m, Pre Tax Operating Profit $75m. This improved profitability by 700 basis points to 19%.Over the last several years, I have driven profitability of 26% CAGR on 8% CAGR sales, at the same time generating cash from improved inventory turns and DSO, while also restructuring to significantly improve Tax efficiency.In the last year and not for the first time, successfully acquired and integrated a new entity into the portfolio, significantly strengthening out geographic coverage.

- Role focused on improving profitability and supporting growth within the EMEA region, at $350M revenue and $50M pre-tax - Complex business model including owned business and third party partners across the whole of EMEA- Directly responsible for Brand Finance, Customer Services, and Demand Planning, while being involved in all commercial aspects of the business- Indirect responsibility for Statutory Finance, Credit Control and Logistics- In the last two years, driven profit up 50% from $30M to $50M, and generated a further $20M in cash through balance sheet management of best AR and Inventory turns of any region

- Supported setup of Wolverine International Group structure, covering all regions outside North America across all brands, with a turnover of $500M and $50M profit- Setup and served in the Boards of joint ventures in Columbia and India- Supported integration change of Saucony, Sperry & Keds into International Group, following a $1 billion acquisition of these brands by Wolverine. This included closure of their European operations and amalgamating these into a London Headquarters with their efficiencies driven from such a move

- As well as day to day work driving profitability and productivity, there were several interesting projects including:- Acquisition of the CAT Brand in Europe- Centralised all support functions across brands to drive best practice and cost savings- Found and set up London Headquarters Office, including closing and relocating staff from 3 sites across the UK along with multiple European offices- Supported operational setup of preferential sources of supply from China to India, Bangladesh and Vietnam. As well as diversifying the supply chain, these were particularly useful when the EU applied anti-dumping duties on China- Led changes to European Warehousing for service and cost improvements- Closed joint venture in Russia to reduce losses whilst protecting the assets, and supporting move to a third party model

- First served as Finance Director of Waddington's Games Ltd, until it was acquired in 1995- I was retained as Commercial Director covering both Marketing and Manufacturing divisions- Oversaw due diligence and sale/purchase process- Helped drive cultural change to a truly FMCG approach on marketing and distribution, driving profit up 27 x per SKU, and 29 x per customer, with growth from $30M to $50M and seven fold increase in profit- Closed manufacturing business and leads and transferred operations to Barcelona and Waterford, including union and other stake holder negotiations- Also split off and transferred the marketing division to London
