As Regional President of the Great Lakes Region within Gallagher's Benefits and Human Resources Consulting division, John managed the company’s health and welfare offices in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, and Ohio. He was responsible for maximizing the region’s operating performance and achieving its financial goals. Additionally, he served as the Executive Sponsor for the Voluntary and Executive Benefits Practices of the organization, and contributes to the strategy and leadership of the company as a Corporate Officer.

As the Executive Vice President of the South Central Region within Gallagher's Benefits and Human Resources Consulting division, John managed the company’s health and welfare offices in nine states. He also oversaw the Executive Benefits Consulting Practice and wholesale life insurance division, and directed other corporate initiatives. One of John’s chief responsibilities was to maximize the region’s operating performance and achieve its financial goals. He also contributed to the direction and leadership of the company as a member of the division’s executive and strategic planning committees.
