🔘 Currently Working with Oracle Cloud Solutions for all resources within OCI, coordinating teams to achieve Customer Success on Escalated issues. 🔘 Solid Experience on Telecom Contact Center Area, by adm’ing technologies such as Avaya and Asterisk Solutions. 🔘 I’ve been living my professional life with Avaya for so long and its main solutions are CM with SysPlat, CMS, AES, G650/G450 gateways. I’ve been dealing with those in order to get great experience with Telecom providers and all their features such as DID, 0800, National Unique Numbers (NUN), E1, SIP, H323, ISDN, R2 protocols. As result of that, DAC and all that concept of Contact Center operations is also included.🔘 The Asterisk solutions I have in mind are FreePBX, Asterisk itself and all that IVR features that it may offer so gorgeously. An example of that is its flexibility to create CTI solutions, API integrations, Dialplan rules just like a devop man would have.🔘 Thanks to Avaya and Asterisk, I’ve got lots of experience with Linux and Windows Servers.🔘 I’ve got knowledge on implantation and sustainability for PBXs and Dialer Softwares within Call Center Operations. The solution names I worked with are Altitude, TotalIP, CommSL, Aspect, Olos, NCall.🔘 I also had a little bit of consultancy and Support which I used to attend on Laptops/Desktops/Server Hardware and Configuration. 🔘 Love teaching and spreading my knowledge to everyone who loves learning. I’m Self-taught as I assume most of IT content was learnt by myself. ❗️The most Important things are on little details❗️
