Lead team tasked with building Asurion's first "cloud first" distributed CRM. While applying sound Agile principles, our small team prototyped, experimented, measured and learned to deliver a minimum viable product to agents in 3 months. We evangelized and won business support to go "cloud first" and to use our architecture stack to replace the existing CRM software. With cycle times as low as 2 days, and 4 days on average, the team applied sound design while maintaining automated test coverage, peer reviews and a continuous integration and a delivery pipeline.
