Developing a financial CRM for previous client using VueJS, DevExtreme and Django

Completely rewrote many of sections in main SaaS application.Responsible for beginning the process of moving company away from ExtJS to VueHelped with the design of application and followed through with development of designs.Mentoring other developers.

I also deliver application code reviews for companies wishing to learn best practices.By utilizing a consultative approach to research, identify, and resolve needs, I am able to provide high-level customer support and strengthen client relations. I oversee project management of ticket tracking and resolution, onboarding/mentoring support engineers in client services and providing intensive training for successful response in multiple scenarios. To increase support productivity and efficiency, I co-developed an internal support portal application featuring a dashboard for support analysis, ticket tracking, and project management.
