I managed the sample quality process for a designated region, partnering with internal and external stakeholders. Built trusting relationships through a proven recruitment process to give panelists a voice, supported markets unable to meet business outcomes through additional local market recruitment and performed demographic research and route planning to ensure achievement of goals and metrics. Greater Salt Lake City Area

Started 1 store in 2006 and turned it into 10 franchises across 3 states; Utah, Nevada, & California. In charge of all major operations: Inventory, payroll, employees, marketing, & franchise growth. Sold franchising rights in 2009 during a merger with a competitor. Created cost savings model during a recession to continue operations without any layoffs or store closures.
