TWELVE Atlantic Station – 26 story, $90MM high rise residential/hotel that includes 308 condo units, 108 hotel room. Hotel opened February 2006. Project achieved substantial completion December 2005.

Responsible for the management of all new construction and renovation work in the firm’s six state geographic region. McKibbon Hotel Group, Inc. operated 40 plus Marriott and Hilton hotel properties across the Southeast. Developed numerous "ground up" Marriott and Hilton branded limited service properties.

Responsible for the management of all horizontal land development infrastructure and entitlement work at three of the firm’s southeast region land development projects, Cool Springs (1,100 acre mixed use project in Franklin, TN), Deerfield (556 acre mixed use development in Alpharetta, GA) and Overton Park (18 acre high rise office/condominium/hotel development in Atlanta, GA).

Responsible for the profitable management of all field construction activities at two large Metro Atlanta area subdivisions, East Hampton (600 unit project in Cobb County) and Whitewater Creek Country Club (600+ acre golf course development in Fayetteville, GA).

Managed the firm’s six office/warehouse development projects throughout suburban Virginia and Maryland.

Managed all base building and tenant interior work, including the preparation of construction documents, negotiation of contractor agreements and processing of permits, as well as marketing/leasing programs for three (3) different office building projects totaling 350,000 SF.
