Support various popular software suites, hardware peripherals and network infrastructures. Review, document and introduce new technology. Maintain and increase the efficiency of current technology.REMOTE SERVICES SUPPORT TECHNICIANResponsible for providing support to the Fund's remote users throughout various international locations. Prepare workstations for long-term international assignment, including imaging and data backup. Utilize remote access support tools, such as RDP, Citrix, VPN and LogMeIn.COMPUTER REFRESH PROJECTProvide help desk and deployment support for the IMF's fund-wide workstation refresh project. Bridge communications between the help desk support group and IT management. Conduct research for solving new global hardware and software incidents.
