Lead and manage a team that overseas the supply chain for our Enterprise Data, Machine Learning, Risk, and Finance Technology organizations. Responsible for the full supply chain lifecycle to include build/buy decisions, strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, onboarding, ongoing monitoring, performance management, risk management, cost management.

Lead and manage a team that provides independent second-line operational risk oversight of Capital One's Technology organization as well as other enterprise services, to include Technology Commercialization, Enterprise Supplier Management, Enterprise Safety & Security, Workplace Solutions, and Ventures.

Responsible for developing and managing supply chain strategies across multiple sectors, including Technology(software, RPA {robotics process automation}, hardware, and credit card processing), Commercial Banking, Risk Management, and offshoring of back-office operations. Led teams that implemented and executed those strategies.

Managed supplier relationships and outsourcing in the Technology, Accounts Receivable, and Call Center industries. Responsible for regulatory compliance, risk management, operational performance, contract development/negotiations, and sourcing strategy execution.

Managed outsourcing relationships in the Call Center and Accounts Receivable industry both domestically and offshore. Responsible for operational performance, risk management, and contract negotiations.

Served eight years in the Virginia Army National Guard rising from the rank of Specialist to Captain. Assignments included Fire Direction Officer, Platoon Leader, Battery Executive Officer, and Effects Coordinator (Battalion Fire Support Officer).
