John Quigley is currently the Director of Golf at Bass Lake Golf Course in Deerbrook, WI. He has ownership of the overall management and day-to-day golf operations to ensure that each member and guest has an exceptional golf experience. In addition, John is responsible for the overall financial performance of golf operations and golf services to ensure that all P&L goals and objectives are achieved by maintaining a close working relationship with Bass Lake Board of Directors. John built a strong team by recruiting, training, supervising and leading by example. He serves as a representative and liaison for Bass Lake in the community, soliciting, planning, organizing, and executing group outings and events in addition to developing general marketing and sales campaigns for the golf course. Prior to his role as Director of Golf, John served as Assistant Golf Professional /Golf Operations at Eagle Brook Country Club, an upscale private country club in Geneva, Illinois. John is an accomplished athlete himself, currently focusing on golf. Previously, he played baseball receiving numerous awards and honors, including four-year varsity player, team captain, first team all-conference selection, and all state team member. John also coached basketball and baseball at the middle school and high school levels, leading his high school legion baseball team to a state championship.John Quigley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management and Business Administration at Saint Joseph’s College of Maine. He is currently preparing to become an apprentice and go through the PGA Professional Golf Management Program.
