I am a Realtor in the NoVA/DC Metro area. I focus on helping Military buyers/sellers PCS in and out of the Metro region. I have successful sales in VA, MD, and DC.

I oversaw the implementation of Health/fitness programs/protocols for the fitness staff and personal trainers. I was responsible for hiring/firing, training and scheduling of employees, as well as various administrative duties. I recommended the purchases and procurement of all new fitness equipment. I perform fitness assessments and develop training programs for up to 25 clients per week.

I evaluated and submit recommendations on all phases of project lifecycles. I am responsible for evaluating business opportunities and ensuring they are financially successful. Once new opportunities have been deemed beneficial for company operations, I assist with developing a plan of action and oversee the execution of that plan.
