- Strategically targeted outreach for collection on delinquent accounts, reducing accounts receivable balances by over 40 percent.- Oversaw and managed the daily flow of DBA's principle accounting inbox in addition to my own- responding to and correcting invoice discrepancies, organizing incoming payments/outgoing bills, advising on collections efforts, and providing accounting support to the greater DBA team.- Effectively familiarized myself with the details of over 200 different digital media talent portfolios of brand deals/partnerships in order to efficiently submit invoices and spearhead effective communication between myself, our talents, the DBA team, and the contracted brands.

- Operated essential box office responsibilities including ticket distribution and reservation checking for the archive’s American Neo-Realist program. - Assisted panel discussions with selected talent by facilitating Q&A sessions for audiences ranging from 30-300 patrons.

- Work closely with Alumni Association, UCLA Recreation Offices, and UCLA Events offices to organize UCLA's annual Spring Sing talent showcase of 16 interdisciplinary acts for an audience of nearly 7000 UCLA students, faculty, and families.-Successfully recruit, onboard, and manage a 6-person film crew for a series of filmed comedic sketches that will serve as both promotional and exhibition material.-Build and manage a successful stage crew with weekly meetings to ensure a smooth flowing show with successful transitions and effective stage designs. -Work in tandem with the entirety of the Spring Sing Committee to provide script feedback, schedule shoots, review talent submissions, and coordinate the technical needs of each talent act.

- Worked alongside two peers to successfully coordinate UCLA's annual Entertainment Networking Night that welcomed UCLA alumni from various sectors of the entertainment industry to network with over 200 students in an entirely remote capacity.-Sorted through UCLA's alumni network to curate an extensive list of around 70 entertainment professionals for students to network with, filling missing contact information and updating current positions before sending invitations.
