I lead our cross-functional product development teams focused on our B2B business and internal platforms (Data, Infra, Tooling, etc.). Additionally, In 2021, Headspace merged with Ginger.io to form our comprehensive mental health platform and I was the accountable product leader for unifying our apps and platform into a singular experience for our members and clients.Headspace offers the world's most comprehensive and accessible mental healthcare platform. Through our flagship Headspace brand, we’ve touched the lives of over 100 million people in 190 countries through mindfulness tools for managing stress, sleep, and focus. Our enterprise services are distributed through over 4,000 enterprises, including Starbucks, Adobe, and ViacomCBS; and through health plans such as Cigna and Kaiser Permanente. Our members and enterprise partners have access to mindfulness and meditation tools, CBT, coaching, therapy, and psychiatry, ultimately helping them to be healthier and more productive. I led the product development teams supporting our initiatives in healthcare and enterprise. This included developing client and member-facing products that enabled distribution of Headspace through employer and payer channels as well as expanding our offering to serve members with higher clinical and subclinical mental health needs.As a result, the B2B channel became the biggest source of growth for Headspace. Oversaw 5x member and customer growth (including launching some of the largest employers and brands in the world as customers for Headspace for Work), while consistently beating quarterly revenue targets.

I led product development for the Headspace mobile app, with a focus on providing our members more guidance and personalization, new content experiences, and a more engaging user experience. During this period, we expanded the aperture of our product to move beyond Meditation into Sleep and other verticals, expanded our roster of meditation teachers, and grew the business to over 1 million paying subscribers.

Led new product experimentation and research for Spotify's Premium offering to drive growth of our paying membership base and ARPPU. This included our earliest subscription bundling initiatives, experimenting with new subscription tiers, and machine learning-enabled monetization tactics.Part of Spotify's founding Growth team where we oversaw growth from 5 million to 70 million paid subscribers over the course of my tenure.

Led product development for Spotify's top strategic partners aimed at driving member growth. Roster includes: Facebook, Google, Samsung, Twitter, Tinder, Uber, Coachella, Shazam, etc. Also led development for top-of-funnel product optimizations across all platforms (including our mobile apps, our web player, and embeddable players).

At Electronic Arts (Playfish), I managed the development and live service operations of free-to-play mobile and social games. I led cross-functional teams and designed gameplay that acquired, engaged, and monetized tens of millions of players. During my tenure, I worked in the San Francisco, London, Montreal, and Los Angeles studios. The titles I've worked on include:-The Simpsons: Tapped Out-The Sims Social-Restaurant City-Monopoly MillionairesI was also part of the Core Product Management team that oversaw best practices and disseminated learnings to the entire Playfish / EA social & mobile portfolio.
