Consult and get to know the brand experience the clients wants for its customers. Then help shape, design, engineer, and coordinate rollout and installation to support clients marketing efforts. Directs Sales and Marketing • Directs annual business planning including long term and short term annual plan; budget, scorecard, and incentives.• Ensure clear and consistent communication of vision, mission, strategies, objectives, and initiatives to all employees of the organization. • Identifies growth opportunities through markets, products, services, and programs.• Creates new business development vision and marketing plans to achieve target sales and profit goals.• Ensures sales channel design and personnel are effective and aligned with the mission, vision, and sales goals. • Direct marketing idea creation and development and implementation efforts include: collateral, web site, e commerce, promotional materials, face to face marketing, social media, customer portals. • Directs market research and voice of the customer to engage and provide value to prospects. • Manage direct reports to achieve plans, review scorecards, ensure operational efficiencies in execution with internal team, suppliers, and partners.
