As a K-12 educational leader for over 41 years, it has been my sole focus to develop the best learning environments for the students, staff, and communities that I have served. Providing an innovative vision of learning and pursuing cutting-edge educational technology blended with solid classroom pedagogy is my legacy. It is the relationships that I have built over the years with communities, staff members, and educational leaders that are most important to me personally. My passion for advancing learning has led me to bring STEAM Opportunities to students in Michigan through Creative Learning Systems/Smartlab. Consulting with Michigan Superintendents through Leadership Connections LLC brings collaboration and networking opportunities every month.Demand for STEAM careers shows no signs of slowing down. For students to become tomorrow’s STEAM leaders, they need to experience STEAM firsthand. At the core of each Smartlab is a hands-on, inquiry-based investigation that helps students become tomorrow’s STEAM leaders and innovators by letting them experience science as career experiences.
