As a pioneer of Space Grant Consortium project, I worked under Carmine DeSanctis and was primarily responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and populating a cross-platform database relating missions, spacecraft, payloads, launch vehicles, launch locations, orbit, and expense information. I designed and constructed data extraction tools for populating database from various existing data structures. I was responsible for developing early Internet interfaces to database.

While working for Congressman Mollohan, I was primarily responsible for constituent communication. Being interested in software development, I developed constituent tracking system for maintaining communication records, form letters, response letters, as well as communication history. I also worked with Appropriations Committee and Subcommittee on Science.
