John Waitkunas is a LEED AP professional who serves as the project executive for STV|DPM, a construction management, architecture, and engineering firm based in New England with clients throughout the United States. In this role, John Waitkunas is responsible for managing client and industry relationships, particularly with organizations in the biotech and healthcare sectors. He supervises all personnel on a project team and reports directly to STV|DPM’s vice president of operations. Mr. Waitkunas joined STV|DPM in 2000 after working as a project manager in the healthcare industry and as a director of construction management. He attended the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, where he graduated with a bachelor of science in construction management. While in college, he earned placement on the dean’s list and the president’s honor roll. He is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the International Facility Management Association (IFMA). As a regular participant of industry events, Mr. Waitkunas recently attended the New England Healthcare Engineers Society conference.
