As a principle at Touchstone Advisors I bring personal experience to Mergers and Acquisitions for the benefit of the owners. I have successfully founded, acquired and exited companies at all levels. My last startup is now part of Lockheed Martin, (Fandotech). I lead Northeast Utilities through several technology shifts, consistently at the forefront of Fortune500 companies with ComputerWorld rankngs as high #1, before leaving after 18 years as Chief Technologist. Created MODE/1 and NEON, IPO NEON in 1998 (nasdaq - NOPT). Worked at Cisco Systems marketing VoIP with the M&A of Selsius. Started OFFSITE Data Centers which merged with Fuss & O'Neill in 2006 to create Fandotech. Continued as GM of Industrial Defender/Fandotech to the merger with Lockheed Martin. I have served the community as Board member of the Capital Workforce Partners organization (CWP) for a decade with Chair responsibilities on the Facilities and Governance Committees. CWP provides nearly $30M in grant aid to enhance job opportunities in Connecticut. I also served on the Manchester Schools to Careers Board in an effort to train our future workforce and the Glastonbury Chamber of Commerce.
