This included complete reinvention of all POS systems, all new checkstands, scale management, handheld computers for order entry and inventory, along with new back office accounting automation. All of these major projects were always delivered successfully, ahead of scheduled, and under budget.As a volunteer position, My team and I executed the yearly HEB Service Awards, which honors all employees reaching increments of 5 years of service. This job experience was mostly volunteer. Through this community, we were able to provide a functioning theatrical house in San Antonio that would rival any house on Broadway in NYC. As a result of this organization, Broadway did indeed tour through San Antonio, where it previously had not. Additionally, this venue allowed for the San Antonio Symphony Orchestra to have a place to present their craft to the public.
