Responsible for all aspects of cold equipment strategy and operations relating to CCE’s +200k estate of coolers, vending and ‘fountain’ machines in GB. Management of the Full Service Vending, Field Engineering and Equipment Refurbishment operations employing c.700 staff.• Eliminated non-value adding costs generating cumulative savings of £29m without compromising customer service standards.• Collaborated with international business unit directors to formulate and implement a 3 year European Business Plan for Equipment Services.• Completed a full strategic review of CCE’s Full-service Vending operation and established an alliance with Mars Drinks to jointly develop our GB vending businesses.• Re-structured the Full-service Vending and Field Engineering operations including consultation over 70 redundancies and delivering £2m in cost savings.
