I design, develop & deliver research on applied social psychology topics that interest me and are relevant to society.I'm currently researching the psychological causes and consequences of Brexit.

Managed and delivered a range of strategy and capability programmes for global market leaders across a range of sectors including Brewing, Telecoms & Pharmaceuticals. • Responsible for all aspects of cold equipment strategy and operations relating to CCE’s +200k estate of coolers, vending and ‘fountain’ machines in GB. Management of the Full Service Vending, Field Engineering and.
• Eliminated non-value adding costs generating cumulative savings of £29m without compromising customer service standards.
• Collaborated with international business unit directors to formulate and implement a 3 year European Business Plan for Equipment Services.
• Completed a full strategic review of CCE’s Full-service Vending operation and established an alliance with Mars Drinks to jointly develop our GB vending businesses.
• Re-structured the Full-service Vending and Field Engineering operations including consultation over 70 redundancies and delivering £2m in cost savings.

Uxbridge

• Responsible for CCE’s National Account team in the Wholesale and independent channel generating over £450m in net revenue.
• Increased volume, share and price in the Wholesale Channel between 2000 and 2003, generating incremental profit of £100m.
• Completed long range plan for the Wholesale channel defining a clear vision to deliver future volume & profit growth.
• Ranked as no.1 FMCG supplier to the UK Wholesale and Independent trade by national account customers in the prestigious Advantage Group survey for 3 consecutive years, despite implementing controversial new trading.

Uxbridge

• Established CCE’s department for Efficient Consumer Response (ECR).
• Instigated industry research programme, jointly funded by several FMCG companies, on the impact of out-of-stocks on shopper attitudes, behaviour and store loyalty.
• Completed joint Category Plan with J Sainsbury including pioneering work to identify the root causes of out-of-stocks in supermarkets.
• Developed ‘merchandisable units’ in partnership with Tesco to reduce supply chain costs and increase on-shelf availability on key lines. These are now in use across the Grocery sector.

Responsible for:- Marketing of Bass Brewers 'southern' beer brands including Worthington, Draught Bass, Charrington IPA & Toby Bitter.- Marketing of Bacardi rum across the UK.- Trade Marketing across the licensed trade of Bass Brewers full beer, wine, spirit & soft drinks portfolio.
