I am working as the Director Capital Investments to find equity capital investment opportunities in commercial real estate deals across the country, in a wide range of markets and geographic areas. Our goal is to develop long term partnerships that lead to both equity investment and construction contract opportunities. I have a broad range of real estate, financial underwriting, development, and engineering experience. I have worked in the real estate industry since 2000 first in retail corporate real estate, then as a senior development manager in build-to-suit and speculative industrial/warehouse development projects, and most recently as a licensed commercial broker. I have a strong background in project management of large scale land development and building construction projects having developed 700 acres of land and 7 million square feet of commercial buildings with a capitalized value of more than $1B. My work has carried me all over North America.
