Production Planner : Maintenance Checks.- Compliance and tracking of Aircraft checks as per Regulatory requirements.- Perform Short term and Long term planning of Aircraft maintenance checks.- Periodic review of check compliance, manpower requirements in work stations.- Analyze Aircraft routing and review station capabilities & ground time for effective planning- Inventory planning , stock management review on regular basis.- Escalation of criticalities in scheduling of Aircrafts, material shortages to Planning Manager well in advance to avoid deferment of planned jobs.- Follow up for loan requirements if required.- Plan Hangar requirements for preplanned check activities during monsoon.- Liaise with Logistics ( Purchase & Repair) for new material requirements.- Liaise with Mod planner for daily compliance of Critical Engineering Orders, Service bulletins & Airworthiness Directives in field.- Liaise with Component and Engine planners for smooth compliance of checks.- Liaise with Line maintenance team to know the actual elapsed time of new maintenance requirements.- Understand practical difficulties in compliance of critical jobs by performing line maintenance review.- Review Aircraft redelivery abc lease return checks and verify component records substantiating delivery requirements.- Liaise with Technical services and Quality to know part requirements and quality requirements.- Strict adherence of procedures as per Company and Regulatory maintenance standards.- Empathize Aviation documents such as AMM , IPC , Task Cards, Modification documents.
