DEVELOPMENT SECTION: • Responsible for local development of Plastic skin parts Glasses, Front & Rear Bumpers, Weather-strips, and interior plastic parts defroster trims. • Responsible for localization of developing and compliance regulations for Tire & Wheel parts. • Lead & involve in various activities related to manufacturing and localization development, including studying manufacturing drawings, preparing inspection standards, developing quality assurance audits, and conducting tooling trials. • Prepares development plans for new products and ensures timely completion. • Ensures proper documentation of design and development according to the company's Quality Management System.
