My role at Creative and Print Services, Loughborough University involves managing relationships with external clients; from campus partners and local businesses to organisations further afield. My role involved supporting businesses across the creative and digital sectors with their graduate and placement recruitment activities. This incorporated promoting NTU’s services and talent pool to a variety of businesses from large companies to SME’s; growing the number and diverse nature of opportunities available. I developed excellent relationships and an understanding of the sector to solve business recruitment challenges and grow opportunities for students from all backgrounds. I really enjoyed embracing the sector and bringing students and employers together in new and creative ways. Event organisation and promotion was another key duty, having planned and managed various employer related events on campus.

Working as a partner account manager I enjoyed establishing, developing and managing quality relationships with partners. I understood my partners objectives to identify how IT infrastructure can and should support their business; informing on and promoting products and services. I managed projects with a very hands on approach to problem solving, liaising heavily with other areas of the business to ensure a positive outcome.
