Over a 16 month period, developed and administered quarterly evaluations for the command’s CRITIC Program to 40 Watch personnel, ensuring 100% compliance with national program standards.

• While working on a 12 hour shift, directed the efforts of an 11 person team in providing indications of threats, drafting and releasing intelligence reports, answering Requests for Information (RFIs), and briefing command leadership. Provided tactical support to U.S., Allied platforms, and vessels conducting Chief of Naval Operations sponsored missions, operating between India and Hawaii. Efforts allowed senior leadership and mission commanders to maintaining complete maritime domain awareness, optimize their mission planning, and operate safely without creating international incidents.• Acted as the liaison between the U.S. Navy tactical assets and the U.S. strategic Intelligence Community. Served as a Division and Detachment Leading Chief Petty Officer. As an operational leader, deployed for 235 days, accruing 363 flight hours on 43 missions. Led 84 Sailors, producing more than 470 time-sensitive and post mission reports in support of National and Fleet Commanders. Also led five Chief Petty Officers from multiple commands in organizing 20 training events for 109 junior personnel. • As a Threat Warning Manager, led more than 100 multiservice analysts directly contributing to the execution of 125 potential threat situations, which provided timely and accurate Indications and Warning to Fleet, airborne, and national commanders. His technical expertise enabled him to create an in-depth training and testing database, saving over 100 man hours quarterly by enabling computer based evaluations. • As the senior Analyst in the Surveillance and Warning Center and intelligence Releasing Officer, supervised more than 25 multiservice analysts providing critical threat warning support to over 255 Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance missions. Drafted and released 312 serialized intelligence reports that provided theater and national level consumers greater situational awareness of a potential adversary’s activities.• As the Division Team Chief for 35 Sailors, and the Leading Chief Petty Officer over 100 Sailors, ensured all operational, training and administrative support requirements were met, enabling his Sailors to focus on mission requirements and the safety of forward deployed personnel and assets.

Served as a forward deployed team supervisor of a seven member crew of special operators and analysts. For consistently performing duties in an exemplary and highly professional manner in a hostile area supporting a specially configured, Chief of Naval Operations sponsored Airborne Reconnaissance Program, provided superb technical and analytical expertise while deployed 474 days, accruing 909 flight hours on 117 combat mission supporting Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom and theater commanders, awarded Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, two letters of Commendation, Joint Meritorious Unit Award, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, second Navy Battle “E” Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, and Global War on Terrorism Service Medal.

Served as a forward deployed senior Cryptologic Direct Support Element (CDSE) Analyst. Accrued 667 flight hours on 81 missions and deployed on four surface combatants for a total of 361 days. Awarded Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal and three Letters of Commendation Duties included:• Deploying on U.S. and Allied naval airborne and surface platforms. • An apprentice level Cryptologic Technician Interpretive student at Survive Evade Resist Escape training. While maintaining an appropriate balance of sound educational methodology and realistic/stressful training scenarios, underwent advanced training encompassing the basic skills necessary for worldwide survival, facilitating search and rescue efforts, and evading capture by hostile forces, based on and reinforcing the values expressed in the Armed Forces Code of Conduct• An apprentice level Cryptologic Technician Interpretive Naval Air Crewman. • As a Cryptologic Technician Interpretive/Language Analyst, underwent an intense, highly structure, tailored, cryptologic program focusing on procedures, technique, and use of cryptologic equipment. Qualified as a Navy Cryptologic Technician Interpretive. Graduated top five percent. Selected for advanced training for a highly, selective, overseas deployed unit.• As a Language Analyst student, under an intense and highly academic regimen, obtained proficiency in the Chinese Mandarin language in 64 weeks. Achieved level 2 in listening, level 2 in reading, and level 1+ in speaking (High School equivalent) on the Defense Language Proficiency Test.

As student, under strict and regimented instruction, learned basic seamanship skills such as ship and aircraft identification, firefighting, shipboard damage control, marching, personal finance, shipboard communication, Navy chain-of-command, Navy Administration, and customs and courtesies and qualified M-16 rifle, M9 pistol.
