Following this successful period I was relocated to the MENA office in Abu Dhabi as a Project Risk Coordinator to help facilitate and implement the same procedures used in the UK & Europe. Since my return I have had various placements within project controls to gain experience within planning & estimating. Tasks include: -Create risk registers and facilitate risk reviews to support ongoing and future projects.-Produce documents for high level review of projects within the delivery phase.-Develop models though ARM / @Risk / PRA for either internal or external use.-Implement risk management framework throughout the whole organisation.Middle East & North Africa Achievements:- Implemented risk procedures used in the UK/Europe for projects at all stages.- Facilitated risk reviews to demonstrate what the conversation should focus on and how the output should be utilised for upcoming reviews.- Furthered my ability to quickly build working relationships especially with colleagues who came from different cultures and have various working practices, in order to explain the benefits of how we manage risk.
